Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of placing the order.

However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to the vendor/merchant for dispatch.

Once the shipping process has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.
Exceptions:

Perishable or consumable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.

In such cases, a refund or replacement may be considered only if the product received is defective or not of satisfactory quality, subject to verification.
Returns and Replacements

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.

The returned product will be inspected, and once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated as per our policy.

Claims for damage or defects made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Product Not as Described

If you believe the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, you must contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

After reviewing your concern, our team will make an appropriate decision — either a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues, repairs, or replacements.

Dee Aoura will assist where possible but the final resolution lies with the manufacturer’s terms.
Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
